Estimated delivery time*
When we receive an order, we make everything possible to dispatch it as soon as possible. Delivery time varies according to the country, per the following conditions:
- Portugal- Continental: between 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
- Portugal - Islands: between 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Germany: between 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Countries in Europe: between 4 to 6 working days after dispatch.
- Other countries: between 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
* Overnight delivery is not available. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
Order shipping locations
You can receive your order at an address of your choice (home, workplace, family member's home, etc.), anywhere in the world. The workplace is increasingly chosen as the preferred destination for receiving orders. It is the best way to ensure that someone is always ready to receive your NÜWA order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs and import duties
Due to different customs policies and import fees, NÜWA has no control over any costs that may be applied when an order arrives in the country of destination, and it is not possible to predict the exact amount of these fees.
If you have any questions, you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about customs costs and their applicability.
NÜWA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
